ROBERT WILSON AT THE ACROPOLIS MUSEUM – 24 March to 31 October
The Acropolis Museum celebrates documenta 14, the fourteenth edition of the art exhibition documenta that takes place in Athens, with a cooperation that includes light, sculpture and design. The Museum presents Robert Wilson’s light sculpture ‘La Traviata’ at the atrium of the ground floor.
Through his signature use of light, Wilson designed this work of art as a tranquil composition with gentle color transitions and simple light bars around three axes, leaving the on-looker the chance to freely associate their own imaginative universe. The exhibit will be on display at the Acropolis Museum until October 2017.
