The apartment is located on the 2th floor of the building and is cleaned by professional cleaning staff enery 3 days.

Quiet hours : From 14:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 08:00

Parties and events are prohibited

We do not have private parking in the building, but almost always you can find places outside or a few meters away.

Private parking, located within a 5-minute walk of the property, can be provided at extra charge and on request.

From Syntagma metro station by taking the blue line you have direct  access to Athens International Airport and Piraeus port.

The route to and from Athens Airport by metro costs 9€ per person, 4,5 € for children and adults over 65 years of age and the ride lasts 45 minutes.

The same taxi ride costs 50 € and the duration depends on  traffic (from 35 – 50 minutes).

The route to and from the port of Piraeus by metro costs 1.20 € per person, and the duration of the route is 25 minutes. The same taxi route costs € 30  and the journey time is 25 minutes.
